Before this program, I was "just" an occupational therapist trying to explain what does my work mean. Explaining that I help people with whom I work to be autonomous in their daily living. I help them to create a nice "tool box" to always have with them and use whenever necessary. My great purpose are always to give them the possibilities to find the means for them to live happily and with a good quality of life. At the end I was always explaining that I'm a kind of life coach for those who need help, motivation, strategies, new insights... Thanks to this program, I am now a real certified life coach! =) I can really use this term authentically ! Moreover, I have learned a lot of things and I was really happy to discover that this training was on the same mindset as mine. It helped me even more to enjoy it. I love sharing the thought that we can have a really magnificent impact on other just by being present, here and now, with compassion and positive energies. And now my life is even fuller and richer than before !^^ Yeeeaheh ! I have added a lot of tools and strategies in my own toolbox, and I have even more to share with my beloved clients ! I’m really happy to have done this certification, it will always be useful for my personal and professional life =D
