  I help Ballet Teachers and Studio Owner to develop their dance schools and teaching styles to become completely satisfied professionally and personally. I'm a ballet teacher my self and Examiner for the Royal Academy of Dance. I've being running my own ballet school for more then 3 decades preparing students to a professional career in dance either as dancer or teacher. Few years ago I founded Danz-Up, a company whom goal is to help Dance studio owner to develop their schools and their professional role. Living in Italy, married, 3 children.
