Alicia Pineiro

I am 29yo and a full-time nomad, adventure sports enthusiast, and lifelong learner. I am working remotely as a life coach, a freelance writer, and on projects as a business development project consultant for start-ups and sustainability-minded companies. I am currently based in Lombok, Indonesia, living with my partner, surfing, and working remotely. I have lived in Brazil, Kenya, Mozambique, Australia, Switzerland, France, Greece, a sailing boat in the Mediterranean and South Africa, and have traveled to over 50 countries. My background is in law with a focus on environmental law and I am currently studying a master's in Sustainability Management. I am a Brazilian and Spanish national. I have been working and living abroad for the past 10 years and I have over 6 years of experience working in the tourism and hospitality Industry. In addition to coaching, I also worked as a writer and assistant editor, communications and social operations coordinator, an operations manager for a sustainability education online platform, and more recently as a business development project consultant for the sustainability magazine Green Queen. I am very passionate about surfing, freediving, and sailing. During the pandemic, I lived in a sailboat with friends. I did my first sailing certification as a Day Skipper in Cape Town and will do my Coastal Skipper qualification in Malaysia and my Yachtmaster in Hong Kong, before exploring the Pacific Islands. I am very passionate about connecting with people, sharing experiences, and learning together. I love coaching people and helping them define a vision and create a clear strategy to achieve their goals, both in their careers as well as in all other areas of life. When I first left Brazil after working as a Lawyer and decided to have a career change I never imagined everything that would come true. My mission now is to inspire people to live the life they truly want and guide them step-by-step on how to make it possible.
