Jeanette Aitchison

Jeanette is a British military veteran, former corporate executive and busy mother of 3, who has been leading, training and coaching high-performing organisations for over 20 years, across the private and public sectors. Director of Quantum Life Leadership & Coaching Ltd which she founded in 2018, she specialises in Executive Performance Development and Wellbeing, delivering transformational leadership programs and coaching globally. In addition to serving as a Royal Navy Officer for 12 years, Jeanette has a post-graduate and professional background in Law, Education and Psychology and holds an LLB(Hons) and PGCE. She is a Barret Values Leadership Consultant, a SNHS and Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, HeartMath Coach, Nutritional Therapist, Meditation and Qigong Instructor. She teaches a highly practical application of personal transformation, combining the latest understanding of neuroscience and neuro-biology, together with wider neuro-coaching techniques, hypnotherapy, meditation and mindfulness. Jeanette is also a Neuro Change Solutions (NCS) Corporate Consultant, trained and certified by Dr Joe Dispenza to teach individuals and organisations how to apply the practical neuroscience of change personally and professionally. Passionately committed to her own authentic leadership, Jeanette ‘walks her talk’ every day. Consistently using everything she teaches to ‘find flow on demand’ she continually researches practical ways to better serve her clients and herself, including MSc study in Mindfulness, Compassion, Neuroscience and Consciousness.
