Hi, I'm Nina, a 63-year old Health & Lifestyle Coach on a mission to help you 'make your second 50 your best 50'. For well over 25 years I have lived, worked & breathed everything health & lifestyle...  my exploration into health & healing has led me to become an Exercise Physiologist (MSSES), Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Trauma informed practitioner, Yoga & Mindbody Instructor who has lived and studied yogic philosophy, postures and protocols at the Sivananda Ashram in India ... At Mindvalley I certified in teaching the Holobody program, become a Nutrition Coach and am also a Wildfit Coach. In 2023, I won the Wildfit award for the best business to incorporate Wildfit. I work with a clientele of high achieving leaders, adventurers and master athletes 45 and older, who are still scaling to next level and want to reset their body for their second 50 years of adventure, fun and high performance. I don't follow the status quo aging philosophy and protocols ... because I believe they are outdated and very uninspiring.  I believe we must go against the grain... and completely restore our body from the wear & tear, stress and bumps of our first 50, and go on exploring and bringing to life new and more powerful & exciting sides of ourself.  My specialty is helping you solve your most pressing health, weight, energy, sleep, stress and exhaustion challenges using nothing but simple, safe and body friendly lifestyle strategies... so you can go on to live your life on your terms!  Working with me: 1.
