Hiyaaa, Would you believe me if I said life is wonderful and meant to be a joyous ride? We were not born to suffer or struggle, but to dream, aspire and create joy. We are, after all, part of a larger consciousness which has created life in all its glory and wonder. As a life coach, my purpose is to work with you to create a life that you desire by deploying the right tools and empowering you to channel your energies. We shall: - Define the long term and/or short term vision for your life path or a specific focus area. - Assess your journey to bridge the gap from where you stand. - Determine the blocks and challenges that may hinder the path. - Let go of the elements that are not aligned with the purpose that you hold. - Create a ‘one step at a time’ plan and find your motivation to follow through. - Track your progress and most importantly, enjoy the heck out of this amazing journey! This journey will help you gently let go of the past that doesn’t serve you, live more peacefully in the now and create a fulfilling future. The only pre-requisite I seek is your willingness to enhance your life. We can figure out the rest together . Brief about me: I am a certified life coach from Mindvalley. I also held a corporate role which involved training individuals on behaviours and guiding them through situations. My passion is to work with clients in areas focussing on going deeper within self, building emotional resilience, creating sustainable habits, developing a positive mind set, overcoming the past patterns and simply being at peace with life. Some of the aspects I have coached on are body image issues, gaining confidence after a career break, re-organising priorities, having difficult conversations with a partner/boss, managing overwhelming situations –but, the coaching principles can be applied to any aspect of life.
