Originally from the vibrant streets of New York City, I have always felt a strong desire to connect with nature. Growing up in a loud and polluted urban environment, and later working in high-pressure settings that normalized burnout culture, I often overlooked how my surroundings contributed to my physical and mental stress. This realization prompted a significant change: a serendipitous work trip to North Carolina, which I extended to visit friends in Asheville, ultimately led to my move to the serene Blue Ridge Mountains within just two months. This transition marked the beginning of a profoundly transformative period. I recognized that my expertise in solution architecture and business process optimization could have a broader impact on individuals and global business practices. By expanding beyond the traditional scope of my role, I began exploring coaching modalities to better support my journey and guide others along the way. My background in psychology, with a focus on behavioral endocrinology and neurobiology, significantly influenced this exploration. Immersing myself in modern coaching techniques, I integrated these insights into my daily practices.
