Lynsy Elisheva STERN

I was born in Hong Kong, at the age of 15 moved to Florida and at the age of 19 moved to Israel. For the last 13 years I have been a fitness instructor. My vision is to help busy mothers Find the time and the way to live a healthy, energetic, fit and fun life. I am a mother of 7, so I know what a challenge it can be to make time for yourself. So seeing what a gift being fit, energetic and my teens taking my clothes is in my life, I want to help other women live it also!!
