jlaramore@soleserenitycoaching.com I’m a certified life coach and licensed therapist with 15 years experience in the mental health field. My coaching practice is focused on helping women to create lives that are congruent with their values. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify what is working well in their lives and how to grow and maintain this, as well as identify what doesn’t feel good and why. I coach my clients to recognize patterns, effectively set boundaries, protect their energy, and increase their ability to use intuition to set goals and create change. My clients often find trying to balance their demanding careers with caretaking responsibilities, in addition to everything else in our complex lives, is just too much. As women especially, we often try to “do it all” which can lead to overwhelm, exhaustion, a lack of joy, and a loss of self. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated, open-minded and ready to make changes…one small step at a time.
