As a certified Holobody Health Coach, I aim to provide my clients various services and coaching in the area of habit formation and behavioral change that helps them achieve optimal health, be it in weight management, reversing diabetes or pre-diabetes and other wellness related goals. I also work with companies who offer staff wellness program. I’m eager to contribute and apply my expertise towards empowering my clients to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
