I am a Business & Mindset Coach As the owner of a fast-paced, high-pressured Legal Firm, I know how easily it is to become stuck in the everyday tasks that take away from your vision. I’ve been there - wearing so many hats, struggling with the pressure, and putting my wellbeing on the back burner. Rather than having the luxury of time that I thought came with owning my own business – I was left with none at all - I was ready to throw in the towel. It was only after being coached that my outlook completely shifted. I realised that busyness and stress shouldn’t be worn like badges of honor, and I started doing things differently. I found the space I needed to focus on what really mattered and I was finally able to work on my business not in the business. Once I had time and space (in my coaching sessions) I discovered my purpose; coaching. I had been stuck for over 6 years, I felt unfulfilled and like I needed more; something was missing. I searched high and low for what was causing the void. I only got the answer through coaching and the answer was coaching; for me to be a coach. I had a total lightbulb moment and I've never looked back. That's what I was missing, I was missing living and fulfilling my purpose - to be an ambassador for transformation in others. I learn't that with the right knowledge, strategies and support you can have a thriving business without burning out, so now I help my clients to live the life they deserve.
